Connecting the Dots

I spent the last twenty years in relatively continual dialogue with four people that stumbled into my life providentially. They were brilliant, honest, Christian, loving people, and they were from a place that I related to. We had many things and experiences in common. Not only were we able to engage in dialogue, but we went to “creative dialogue” with vulnerability and intimacy rarely encountered by most people on this planet. We could offer each other this for the purpose of growth, discovery, and healing. Engaged in this process of relationship, we were also looking for answers to many questions. Questions about our mates and dysfunctional families. Questions about our culture and the local church we attended.

Even questions about who we are, what is our true self about? And why didn’t relationships work? Why were our parents so angry and controlling or sad and distant from their children? Many of us have been asking these questions since we can remember and haven’t gotten any answers. I had attended catholic school, and I remember pressing the nuns and priests for answers and didn’t get an answer at all except for lack of empathetic response to my subjectivity. I remember being very disappointed; they should have had something to contribute! Time rushes by, and I’m twenty years later in a coffee shop in Colorado, realizing that I finally have a pretty clear understanding of things. It only took a lifetime to get where I am. (Wisdom and understanding has been my prayer for many years.)

It was just this morning that I looked at my friend, got her attention, and said to her, “It’s not too difficult to understand everything going on today with our government, schools, media, church, families, and several other agendas at play is a result of one central truth, connect the dots, and you see what Jesus said in the gospel of John, “The thief comes not, but to steal and to kill and to destroy.” But what was he trying to say? Watch out for people that want to steal your stuff or just put a bullet in your head. Or should we pay closer attention to Jesus’ words and not just think of them as mythology? I think he meant what he said, as we know he’s referring to the “Thief” as the demonic presence on our planet. The fallen angels came down to our world, mated with earthly women, and had Nephilim offspring. Or better known as the hordes of Satan. We are living in a time where we can look back at Noah’s time and then make sense of the time we live in today. The “Thief” has been at work for a long time orchestrating events and narratives.

I pointed out several years ago having coffee with a long-time friend of mine that there must be a “culture creator,” someone who has a big hand in creating our culture for us. (We were discussing Berdyaev's book "Slavery and Freedom") It occurred to me that we humans are not the ones creating the culture, but something is creating it for us. I don’t think we have ever shown that much intellectual prowess to do such a thing. Please take a minute and think about where and how the Marxist philosophy got its roots and how it has been propagated since then. It’s known that Karl himself sold out to a demonic entity. So who is doing the creating?

Back to the Thief. It wouldn’t be, nor is it difficult to see that they have been at work for centuries working a plan to kill and destroy everything that has to do with the human race.

For all the unanswered questions we had when we were much younger men and women, it has become increasingly clear that we have and are being confronted and manipulated by this Thief that’s been at work for a long time, since the beginning of time, I might add, and they’ve been very busy and successful. I don’t think I need to do much convincing for anyone of us to see the challenges we all face. Look around and be bloody honest with yourself. The trail of damage is right in front of you. Look at the Noah story and remember why God had to wipe out the human race except for the ones he saved in the ark or the story of Babylon or the Land of Canaan, where he ordered the Israelites to kill everyone and every living thing. The Thief had been at work purposely destroying everything it comes in contact with.

As for today, it is clear that the Thief has been at it, taking us down any way they can, and they’ve inflicted much damage. So connecting the dots, I'm looking at all the personal pain and confusion that there is now on this planet: the dirty politics, the crony capitalism, the bribery, and child trafficking. The financial run countries are facing. The abortion crisis continues to thrive. Families are being torn apart due to sexual pronouns and narcissists, and divorce. The feminists are marching on to living lives void of children and a man that loves them. What did I miss? Are we in the days of Noah?

We have been at war with the Thief, mostly unawares, yet we’re not aware that the enemy is at the gates. Once you can see the words of Jesus for what they are, the conflict becomes easier to understand. Pray for wisdom and understanding to see the “Ruins of Time.” And I must say it's easier not to take it so personally when you look at your life and the circumstances of yourself and your family. After all, Jesus said to the Father as he hung on the cross to “forgive them for they do not know what they do.”

As accurate as this is on our watch, it's time to participate in waking up the church and our families to the battle we clearly face and take back our families, children, cities, and culture. Let's create the culture we need to live in by taking away the enemy's influence. We have no excuse anymore, for we know who the Thief is.

A postscript:

The latest number of potential deaths from vaccines is put at five billion. Tell me the Thief isn’t real as Jesus told us. The Thief won’t be done till every human on the planet has been destroyed emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Before that happens, Jesus will return before the elect are taken out.
